ROAD TRAFFIC AMENDMENT ACT (NO. 2) 2007 (NO. 39 OF 2007) - SECT 28

28 .         Section 104J amended

                Section 104J(2) is amended by deleting the full stop at the end of the subsection and inserting instead —

                “ and must not be a novice driver. ”.
