ROAD TRAFFIC LEGISLATION AMENDMENT (INFORMATION) ACT 2011 (NO. 18 OF 2011) - SECT 5

5 .         Section 6B amended

                After section 6B(4) insert:

        (5A)         The Director General may disclose the following information to the body or person with whom the agreement is made if the Director General considers that the information is required for the purposes of performing a function under the agreement —

            (a)         driver’s licence information;

            (b)         permit information;

            (c)         vehicle licence information;

            (d)         optional plates information;

            (e)         demerit points information;

            (f)         instructor information.
