(1) A person aggrieved
by a decision of the Board may apply to the Board to have the decision
reviewed and the Board is to review the decision.
(2) A person cannot
apply to the Board under subsection (1) more than once in relation to the same
decision.
(3) A person aggrieved
by a decision of the Board on a review under subsection (1) may —
(a) if
the decision relates to a superannuation scheme continued by section 29(c) or
(d), appeal to a Judge; or
(b) in
any case, refer the matter for independent review by a prescribed person or
body.
(4) An appeal or
referral is to be made and dealt with in accordance with the regulations, and
in the case of an appeal, the rules of the Supreme Court.
(5) The decision on an
appeal or review is to be given effect according to its tenor.
