63 .         Small Claims Tribunals Act 1974 amended

                Section 8(1)(g)(i) of the Small Claims Tribunals Act 1974 * is amended by deleting “, and in particular his rights, if any, under the Superannuation and Family Benefits Act 1938 ”.
