WASTE AVOIDANCE AND RESOURCE RECOVERY ACT 2007 (NO. 36 OF 2007) - LONG TITLE

An Act to —
• provide for waste avoidance and resource recovery; and
• establish the Waste Authority; and
• provide for waste services by local governments; and
• provide for levies on waste; and
• repeal the Environmental Protection (Landfill) Levy Act 1998 ; and
• provide for related and consequential matters.
