WESTERN AUSTRALIAN FUTURE FUND AMENDMENT (FUTURE HEALTH RESEARCH AND INNOVATION FUND) ACT 2020 (NO. 22 OF 2020) - SECT 16

16 .         Section 10 amended

        (1)         Delete section 10(1) and insert:

        (1)         In this section —

        establishment period means the period starting on amendment day and ending on 30 June 2032.

        (2)         In section 10(2):

            (a)         delete “ section 6, 7, 8 or 9” and insert:

                section 7, 8 or 9

            (b)         delete “accumulation” and insert:

                establishment
