Western Australian Numbered Acts Western Australian Numbered Acts (1) A determination of
a Panel is final and binding on the worker concerned and the worker’s
employer and on any court or tribunal hearing a matter in which the
determination is relevant.
(2) The determination
is not —
(a) to
be vitiated because of any informality or want of form; or
(b)
liable to be challenged, appealed against, reviewed, quashed or called into
question by any court.
