(1) The regulations
may provide that an individual of a specified class or description who
otherwise would not be, or might not be, a worker under section 12(2) is
a worker for the purposes of this Act.
(2) The regulations
must provide for the identification of the person who is the employer for the
purposes of this Act of each individual who is a worker under regulations made
under subsection (1).
(3) The regulations
may provide that an individual of a specified class or description who
otherwise would be, or might be, a worker under section 12(2) is not a
worker for the purposes of this Act.
