expenses compensation for which the employer has ceased to be liable under
section 80, 92 or 96 as a result of the worker becoming a
participant in the catastrophic injuries support scheme under the
Motor Vehicle and Workplace Accidents (Catastrophic Injuries) Act 2016 .
