(1) An application for
registration of a settlement agreement must be made to the Director in the
approved form accompanied by —
(a) a
copy of the settlement agreement; and
(b)
supporting information and documents as required by the regulations and in the
form, if any, approved by the CEO.
(2) The Director may,
with the agreement of the parties to a settlement agreement, rectify any error
in the settlement agreement or supporting information and documents.
(3) The regulations
may —
(a)
provide for procedural matters to do with the following —
(i)
applying for the registration of a settlement agreement;
(ii)
registration of a settlement agreement by the Director;
and
(b)
prescribe circumstances in which an application for registration of a
settlement agreement cannot be made.
