made within 6 months after a settlement agreement is registered, an
arbitrator may order the cancellation of the registration of the settlement
agreement if the arbitrator is satisfied that the agreement was obtained by
fraud or undue influence or by other improper means.
(2) The arbitrator may
make any other order the arbitrator thinks just, including an order as to any
amount already paid under the agreement.
