last relevant employer , in relation to a worker
who suffers an injury from employment that is by dust disease, means the
employer who last employed the worker in the employment;
waterfront worker means a worker employed in or
about a harbour or port area at a time when asbestos was being loaded or
unloaded from a vessel or otherwise handled in that harbour or port area.
