A person commits an
offence if the person —
(a)
insults, or obstructs or hinders the performance of the functions of, a
dispute resolution authority; or
(b)
insults, obstructs or hinders a person attending a conciliation conference or
arbitration hearing; or
(c)
misbehaves at a conciliation conference or arbitration hearing; or
(d)
interrupts a conciliation conference or arbitration hearing; or
(e)
obstructs or hinders a person from complying with an order or direction of a
dispute resolution authority or a summons or requirement to attend before a
dispute resolution authority.
Penalty: a fine of $15 000.
