appointed member means a member of the Board
appointed under section 453(1)(a) or (c);
chairperson means the person appointed under
section 453(1)(a) as chairperson of the Board;
committee means a committee established under
section 468(1);
workers compensation scheme means the scheme for
workers compensation and injury management established under this Act.
