(1) An individual is
not excused from complying with a requirement under this Act to answer a
question on the ground that the answer to the question may tend to incriminate
the individual or render the individual liable to a penalty.
(2) However, the
answer to a question given by an individual in compliance with a requirement
under this Act is not admissible as evidence against the individual in civil
or criminal proceedings other than proceedings arising out of the false or
misleading nature of the answer.
(3) This section does
not apply to a requirement under Part 6.

requirement under Part 6.
