        (1)         In section 36ZU(1) delete the definition of prescribed amount .

        (2)         In section 36ZU(1) insert in alphabetical order:

        general maximum amount has the meaning given in the WCIM Act section 5;

        (3)         In section 36ZU(2) delete “prescribed amount” and insert:

                general maximum amount
