COAL INDUSTRY TRIBUNAL OF WESTERN AUSTRALIA ACT 1992 - SECT 27

27 .         Fees and allowances

                The members of the Tribunal, the members of a board of investigation and the members of the local board of reference shall be paid such fees and allowances as are determined by the Minister on the recommendation of the Public Sector Commissioner.
