(1) Allowances payable
to persons attending under this Act as witnesses before the Tribunal, a board
of investigation or the local board of reference shall be as prescribed by
regulations.
(2) In the making of
regulations for the purposes of this section, provision shall be made for
compensation for loss of wages incurred by witnesses by reason of their
attendance as such and for travelling expenses incurred by witnesses.
