This legislation has been repealed.
(1) A proceeding in
the Supreme Court for judicial review of a decision of the Director-General to
transfer a home order to a participating State shall be instituted, and
written notice of it shall be given to the Director-General, within 21
working days after the date of the decision.
(2) The Supreme Court
cannot extend the time fixed by subsection (1).
(3) Subject to
subsections (1) and (2), a proceeding referred to in subsection (1) shall be
brought in accordance with the Supreme Court’s rules of court.
(4) The institution of
a proceeding referred to in subsection (1) and the giving of written notice of
it to the Director-General stays the operation of the decision pending the
determination of the proceeding.
