DAMPIER PORT AUTHORITY ACT 1985 - SECT 97

97 .         Police officers to report breaches of Act

                A police officer who is aware or has reason to believe that any offence has been committed under this Act shall forthwith report the matter to the General Manager or the Harbour Master.
