This legislation has been repealed.
(1) A person whose
name has been struck off the Register pursuant to this Act may, after a period
of not less than 12 months, apply to the Board in the prescribed manner to
have his name restored to the Register.
(2) The Board may
refuse any application made under subsection (1).
(3) When the Board
grants the application it shall direct the Registrar, on payment of the
prescribed fee, to restore the name of the applicant to the Register, and the
Registrar shall comply with the direction of the Board.
